Hello YMCA Members and Participants!

 

We are excited to inform you about this FREE, life changing opportunity!  The Geneva Family YMCA is collaborating with Wayne County Action Program, Inc. to offer a popular nationwide comprehensive yearlong Diabetes Prevention Program beginning May 10th. The program will be offered on Tuesday mornings from 9:00 am – 10:00 am.

 

JOIN US FOR A FREE INFORMATIONAL SESSION THE PROGRAM"S FIRST TUESDAY MAY 10TH AT 9:00 AM

 

The Diabetes Prevention Program is designed for adults who are at risk or have been diagnosed with prediabetes and features an extensive educational component encouraging healthy eating and physical activity in a supportive, small group setting.

 

The DPP program will be facilitated by a trained Lifestyle Coach provided by Wayne CAP and will meet at the Geneva Family YMCA and is being offered completely free of charge.

We are collecting items for the sale NOW!

Sporting goods, household items, toys, DVD’s, CD’s, craft and scrapbook supplies, camping gear, jewelry, artwork, tools, exercise items, small appliances, vintage dishes, & children’s clothing are accepted.

    

NO ADULT clothes, large furniture or books can be accepted.
