YFIP // Skill Builder

We are in need of a few good men and women to provide respite/skill building services for children and youth between the ages of 8 - 18 years old whom are emotionally, mentally and/or behaviorally challenged, who may be at risk of out-of-home placement. The purpose of respite/skill building services is to preserve, strengthen, stabilize, and support the children and their families we serve as a unit.
The Respite program provides four levels or service: On-Going Skill Building, Community Respite, Planned Overnight, and Extended Overnight. We provide hourly per-diem rate and/or overnight rate, plus mileage reimbursement.
PEP // Facilitators

The Parent Education Program is seeking a per-diem Facilitator. Individuals will be facilitators for Parent Enhancement Skills Workshops. Facilitators will receive initial and ongoing comprehensive training, continued support, and gain the ability to confidently facilitate and/or co-facilitate structured workshops in Wayne County.
AmeriCorps // Volunteer

We are currently recruiting for AmeriCorps Members to serve. Members receive a bi-weekly living allowance during their term of service, and are eligible for an education award to qualified college costs or student loans upon completion of their service term. Members at 55 and older may transfer their education award to a child or grandchild.
